Mr. Mohit Jain is the Chairman of WonderWorks Pvt. Ltd. and is an industry veteran
when it comes to food processing in India with over 45 years of experience.
After completing his B.A in Economics Honours from St. Stephens College Delhi University,
he joined the family business, The Delhi Flour Mills Co. Ltd. in 1975 and has been
involved in the flour milling business since then. He served in various positions
such as sales, purchase, factory management, finance etc. He currently serves as
the chairman and managing director of the company and is responsible for the overall
business strategy.
In addition to the flour milling business, Mr. Mohit Jain founded the packaged snack
foods business for the group in 1984. This business which was initially started
as an internal division of the parent company was later spun off into a new entity
namely DFM Foods Ltd. which was listed on the BSE & NSE. Under his leadership, the
snack foods business which housed brands such as ‘Crax’ & ‘NATKHAT’ attained leadership
position in the extruded snacks category in India. In 2020, the business was sold
to a U.S based buyout fund.
Currently Mr. Mohit Jain resides in Delhi and remains actively involved in the development
of the businesses of the DFM Group.
Mr. Rohan Jain is the Director of WonderWorks Pvt. Ltd. and is overall responsible
for the growth and development of the business.
He graduated from The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
in 2005 with B.Sc. in Economics with concentration in Finance.
After completing his studies, he joined the family business and served in various
functions of both the flour milling and snack foods business. Soon, he took charge
of the operations of the snacks business namely DFM Foods Ltd. and was instrumental
in delivering exponential growth between 2006 & 2020. During this period Mr. Rohan
Jain played a key role in brand development, distribution expansion, capacity creation
& new product development. Amongst others, one of his most noteworthy achievements
was the launch of ‘CRAX Curls’ and ‘CRAX Fritts’ which have become iconic brands
in the packaged savory snacks category.
After the sale of DFM Foods Ltd. in 2020, Mr. Rohan Jain is now spearheading the
business operations of WonderWorks Pvt. Ltd. He also serves as a Director on the
board of The Delhi Flour Mills Co. Ltd.
Mr. Rashad Jain is a director on the board of WonderWorks Pvt. Ltd.
He graduated with B.Sc. in Economics with concentration in Finance & Marketing from
the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. in 2007. After completing
his studies, he joined The Delhi Flour Mills Co. Ltd. as Manager – Wheat Development
and played a key role in development of the wheat supply chain. He then took additional
charge of the sales and marketing affairs of the company and has been instrumental
in development of the institutional sales business with clients such as Nestle`,
Dominos, Haldirams & Mrs. Bectors Food to name a few.
Mr. Rashad Jain is currently responsible for the overall operations of the flour
milling business and serves as Executive Director on the board of The Delhi Flour
Mills Co. Ltd.
Mr. Mohit Satyanand is a Director on the Board of WonderWorks Pvt. Ltd.
He is an entrepreneur and advisor. He started his career with Hindustan Lever Ltd.
in 1977 and served them as an Area Sales Manager (Foods) till 1981. Then he joined
The Delhi Flour Mills Co. Ltd., where he was instrumental in establishing the snack
food business - which is now owned by DFM Foods Ltd. He is a founder and Chairman
of Teamwork Arts Pvt. Ltd. Also, he is a Promoter Director of Inlingua, New Delhi,
a leader in language training.
He now supports start-up companies through investment and mentoring.
Mr. Rajiv Bhambri is a Director on the Board of WonderWorks Pvt. Ltd.
He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and having vast experience in the areas
of auditing, finance and taxation besides general management. He has been associated
with The Delhi Flour Mills Company Limited since last 35 years. Currently, he is
serving as Group Chief Financial Officer of The Delhi Flour Mills Company Limited
and also heads the finance team of WonderWorks Private Limited.
